The Denver Broncos will cross their collective fingers and hope they can close out the preseason with no additional injuries in the defensive line.

Inauguran Copa Wolves 2019 del Instituto Americano de Caborca

Caborca, Sonora a 24 de mayo de 2019.- Autoridades municipales e invitados especiales acompañaron a directivos del Instituto Americano de Caborca (IAC) en el gran evento inaugural de la Copa Wolves 2019 de básquetbol, donde participan 66 equipos de diferentes delegaciones representativas de instituciones de Caborca, Hermosillo, Nogales, Puerto Peñasco, Pitiquito y Altar que disputarán más 130 partidos en busca de los trofeos en las diferentes categorías.
La directora administrativa del IAC, Alejandra María Araiza Rojas, dio la bienvenida a las delegaciones participantes y agradeció la presencia de autoridades municipales y patrocinadores al torneo que se organiza con el objetivo de promover la sana competencia y estrechar lazos entre la comunidad.
En su mensaje el Presidente Municipal, Librado Macías González, felicitó a la institución y a los deportistas por el gran evento que promueve el trabajo en equipo y la disciplina, a la vez que nos demuestra que en Caborca es más la gente buena que quiere y lucha cada día por el desarrollo y la formación de la niñez y la juventud. Enseguida llamó al frente y dio el uso de la voz al gerente general de Minera Penmont del Grupo Fresnillo, Arturo Arredondo Morales, quien también expresó su beneplácito por este tipo de eventos que promueven el deporte y una vida sana.
La declaratoria inaugural corrió a cargo del Director del Instituto Municipal del Deporte, Román Garibay Castañón, en tanto que alumnos del colegio dieron muestras de talento en el baile al ofrecer una dinámica coreografía para dar inicio formal a las acciones del torneo.
